About the Role

Our client is looking for a seasoned and proactive Senior Property Manager to oversee a significant portfolio of residential and commercial properties in the prestigious Sandton area. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, a deep understanding of property management best practices, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively. You will be responsible for all aspects of property operations, including tenant relations, maintenance, financial reporting, and lease administration, ensuring optimal asset performance and tenant satisfaction. This is a key leadership position within a respected property management firm, contributing to the strategic oversight and financial success of valuable real estate assets in a prime Gauteng location.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties in Sandton .
• Oversee tenant relations, including leasing, rent collection, and dispute resolution.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, including budgets, variance analysis, and P&L statements.
• Ensure all properties comply with safety regulations, building codes, and landlord-tenant laws.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance property value and tenant retention.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management .
• Proven experience managing residential and commercial portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and property management software.
• Excellent financial acumen, budgeting, and reporting skills.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A relevant qualification in property management or business administration is advantageous.
