About the Role

You will collaborate with educators, IT staff, and students to explore, implement, and support digital learning tools and platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement innovative technology-enhanced learning solutions and resources.
• Provide training and ongoing support to educators and students on the effective use of educational technologies, learning management systems (LMS), and digital tools.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to support teaching, learning, and research activities.
• Collaborate with faculty to integrate technology into course design and pedagogical strategies, ensuring alignment with learning outcomes.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to educational software and hardware, providing timely and effective solutions.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education Technology, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an educational technology support or development role, preferably within a higher education setting.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas) and a broad range of educational software.
• Strong understanding of pedagogical principles and how technology can enhance them.
• Excellent communication, training, and problem-solving skills.
