About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality golf instruction and player development programs for all skill levels, including virtual lessons.
• Organize, manage, and execute a diverse calendar of member tournaments, events, and leagues.
• Oversee the golf shop operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales of golf equipment and apparel.
• Manage club fitting services, utilizing advanced technology to enhance player performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase golf program participation and revenue.
• Maintain strong relationships with members, ensuring a superior golf experience and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with course management to ensure optimal playing conditions and adherence to club policies.

Requirements

• PGA or equivalent professional golf certification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Golf Professional, with a proven track record in teaching and managing golf operations.
• Demonstrated expertise in golf instruction, club fitting, and tournament management.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in using golf technology, management software, and virtual communication tools.
• Strong understanding of golf retail and inventory management principles.
• A proactive and self-motivated individual capable of managing responsibilities effectively in a remote setting.
