You will manage the entire recruitment process, from initial client engagement and needs assessment to candidate sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation. Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for finance roles, including accounting, audit, tax, and financial analysis positions.

• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients in the financial services industry.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Recruiter, with a strong focus on the finance industry.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates in finance-related roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, adapted for remote collaboration.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various recruitment tools.
