About the Role

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Online Language Instructor specializing in teaching English as a Second Language (ESL). This role is entirely remote, allowing you to connect with learners worldwide from the comfort of your home. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective English language lessons, helping students improve their fluency, grammar, and pronunciation. The ideal candidate is passionate about language education, skilled in virtual instruction, and dedicated to creating a supportive and interactive learning environment for students of all levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver dynamic online English language lessons tailored to various proficiency levels.
• Create engaging lesson plans incorporating interactive activities, multimedia resources, and communicative tasks.
• Provide constructive feedback on students' speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
• Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, and conversational practice.
• Foster a positive and encouraging learning atmosphere to boost student confidence.
• Utilize various online teaching tools and platforms effectively to enhance the learning experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an English Language Instructor , preferably with online teaching experience.
• Native or near-native proficiency in English with a strong understanding of grammar and linguistics.
• Experience with language teaching methodologies and curriculum development.
• Proficiency in using online conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet) and virtual whiteboards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
• TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is highly desirable.
