Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced dermatological treatments such as chemical peels, micro-needling, and laser therapies (where applicable and certified).
• Conduct in-depth skin analysis using diagnostic tools to identify specific concerns and conditions.
• Develop customized treatment plans and skincare regimens for clients based on their unique needs.
• Educate clients on skincare principles, ingredient science, and the importance of consistent home care.
• Recommend and prescribe appropriate professional skincare products.

Requirements

• A valid professional esthetics license and relevant advanced certifications.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience as an Esthetician, with a focus on clinical skincare and treatments.
• Expertise in performing a wide range of advanced facial treatments and skin rejuvenation procedures.
• Strong knowledge of skin biology, conditions, and effective treatment protocols.
• Excellent communication, diagnostic, and client management skills.
