About the Role

You will be responsible for servicing guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring every detail is attended to. Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms according to established standards, including changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of hotel corridors, lobbies, and other public areas.
• Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms and service areas.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or suspicious activities to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Assist with laundry services as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a housekeeper, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and the use of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively, especially during peak seasons.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
