About the Role

Our client is looking for a meticulous Smart Contract Auditor to join their security-focused team, operating remotely to serve their needs in Nelspruit . You will be responsible for rigorously examining smart contracts for vulnerabilities, ensuring the safety and integrity of decentralized applications within the crypto and blockchain ecosystem. Your keen eye for detail and deep understanding of secure coding practices will be vital in protecting assets and user trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive security audits and reviews of smart contracts written in Solidity and other relevant languages.
• Identify, analyze, and report potential vulnerabilities, bugs, and logic errors in smart contract code.
• Develop and maintain effective auditing tools and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of security assessments.
• Provide clear and actionable recommendations for contract improvements to development teams.
• Stay updated on the latest attack vectors and security best practices within the blockchain space.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in smart contract development or security auditing.
• Proficiency in Solidity and deep understanding of the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM).
• Strong knowledge of common smart contract vulnerabilities and their mitigation techniques.
• Experience with static analysis tools, formal verification, and manual code review.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to articulate complex security findings clearly.
