About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated Agricultural Production Supervisor to join their team in Centurion . This role involves overseeing specific production units within the farm, ensuring that all cultivation and harvesting activities are conducted efficiently and to the highest standards. You will be responsible for leading a team of agricultural workers, managing daily tasks, and ensuring the quality and timely delivery of produce. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of farm workers engaged in planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
• Ensure adherence to established agricultural best practices and quality control standards for all production processes.
• Monitor crop growth and health, reporting any issues or deviations to the Farm Manager promptly.
• Manage the distribution and use of farm resources, including seeds, fertilizers, and water, to optimize efficiency.

• Maintain accurate records of daily operations, including labor, production output, and resource consumption.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the agricultural sector.

• Ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of farm safety regulations and the ability to enforce them consistently.
