UI/UX Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented and user-centric UI/UX Designer to join their product development team in Rustenburg . This role is based in our client's office, fostering close collaboration and team synergy. You will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces and seamless user experiences for our digital products. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of user behavior, interaction design, and visual design principles, with a passion for creating user-friendly interfaces that delight customers. You will work hand-in-hand with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring innovative digital solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights into user needs and pain points.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to iterate on designs based on feedback and technical constraints.
• Develop user flows, journey maps, and interaction design specifications.
• Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility best practices.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design concepts effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
