Client Services Project Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Services Project Manager to join their team in Sandton . This role is essential for ensuring client satisfaction by managing the successful delivery of services and projects tailored to their needs. You will act as a key liaison between clients and internal delivery teams, overseeing project execution, managing expectations, and ensuring that projects meet agreed-upon objectives and timelines. Key Responsibilities

• Manage client-facing projects from initiation through to successful completion, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Develop detailed project plans , timelines, and communication strategies for client engagements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of client projects.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct regular project reviews and status updates with clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, preferably in a client-facing or services role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in client relationship management and expectation setting.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
