Key Responsibilities
- Process new insurance policy applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
- Manage policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations according to established procedures.
- Verify policy details and ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Respond to inquiries from policyholders and internal teams regarding policy status and coverage.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date policy records in the administration system.
- Assist in resolving policy-related discrepancies or issues promptly and efficiently.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in insurance administration are a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in policy administration or a similar role within the insurance sector.
- Strong understanding of insurance policy structures and administrative processes.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using administrative software and databases.
