About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled and proactive Commercial Construction Supervisor to oversee site operations in Sandton . You will be responsible for managing daily construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to design specifications. This role demands a strong understanding of commercial building processes and the ability to lead and motivate a diverse construction team. Key Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise daily work activities of construction crews and subcontractors on commercial projects.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules , quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Manage on-site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize productivity.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, safety reports , and other project documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and inspectors to ensure smooth project progression.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Construction Supervisor or Foreman on commercial projects.
• Thorough knowledge of commercial construction methods, materials, and building codes .
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to enforcing strict safety protocols on site.
• Valid driver's license and own reliable transport.
