About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate engaging online learning activities and lesson plans for preschool-aged children.
• Utilize various digital tools and platforms to create interactive and educational virtual experiences.
• Provide individualized feedback and support to children during online sessions, fostering a positive learning environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians, providing updates on child progress and offering resources for at-home learning.
• Create and curate digital educational resources, games, and activities accessible to children and parents.
• Monitor and assess children's learning and development through observation and digital interaction, documenting progress.

Requirements

• Certified Early Childhood Educator or equivalent qualification with a strong understanding of child development principles.
• Proven experience working with young children in a formal educational setting.
• Proficiency in using digital learning platforms, video conferencing tools, and educational software.
• Excellent online communication, presentation, and engagement skills.
• Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate digital content.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
