About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities, responding promptly and professionally.

• Collaborate with the broader marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and integrated campaign efforts.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager , preferably within the e-commerce sector.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and advertising best practices.
• Experience with social media management tools ("e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite") and analytics platforms.
• Excellent copywriting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
