Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality photorealistic 3D renderings and animations from architectural plans and models.
• Develop immersive VR/AR experiences and interactive walkthroughs for design presentations.
• Optimize 3D models and scenes for performance and visual fidelity across various platforms.
• Collaborate remotely with architects and design teams to refine visual concepts and ensure accuracy.
• Manage multiple visualization projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and project specifications.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in architectural visualization and rendering software.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Architectural Visualization Specialist or 3D Artist in the AEC industry.
• Expert proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., 3ds Max, Cinema 4D) and rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Corona Renderer, OctaneRender).
• Strong skills in post-production and image editing software (e.g., Photoshop, After Effects).
• Familiarity with Unreal Engine or Unity for VR/AR development is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of lighting, materials, composition, and architectural aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly in a remote setting.
