Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one coaching sessions with clients via video conferencing to discuss wellness goals and challenges.

• Provide ongoing support, accountability, and motivation to clients to foster sustainable lifestyle changes.


• Educate clients on principles of holistic health and well-being, empowering them with practical tools and strategies.


• Track client progress and adjust coaching strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.


• Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality in all client interactions.

Requirements

• Certification from a recognized Holistic Wellness Coaching program.


• Proven experience in coaching individuals towards improved health and lifestyle habits.


• Strong understanding of nutrition, fitness, mindfulness, and stress reduction techniques.


• Excellent active listening, empathy, and motivational skills.


• Proficiency with virtual communication tools and online coaching platforms .


• Ability to work independently and manage a remote client caseload effectively.
