Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the technology recruitment market.
- Source, vet, and manage a pipeline of high-quality technology candidates for diverse roles.
- Conduct detailed client needs analysis for technical positions and provide market insights.
- Facilitate the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to successful offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Stay abreast of the latest technology trends, market demands, and talent pools to advise clients effectively.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on the technology sector.
- Demonstrable success in business development and client management within tech recruitment.
- In-depth knowledge of common IT roles, skill sets, and industry trends.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Experience using advanced sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems is essential.
