About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a dedicated and proactive Remote Nanny & Educational Support Specialist to assist families with childcare and educational guidance from the comfort of their own homes. This position is fully remote, allowing you to connect with families virtually to provide support, plan activities, and offer educational resources. You will be responsible for guiding parents in implementing developmental strategies, creating engaging at-home learning experiences, and offering virtual supervision and interaction with children. This unique role requires strong communication skills and a deep understanding of early childhood development principles, enabling you to effectively support families regardless of geographical barriers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual guidance and support to parents on childcare strategies and child development.
• Design and recommend age-appropriate learning activities and educational games for children to complete at home.
• Conduct virtual check-ins and interactive sessions with children to provide engagement and educational stimulation.
• Offer resources and advice on fostering cognitive, social, and emotional growth in children remotely.
• Maintain open and consistent communication with families to track progress and adjust support plans as needed.

Requirements

• A strong background in Early Childhood Education , Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in childcare, nannying, or educational support, preferably with knowledge of virtual assistance.
• Excellent virtual communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both children and adults online.
• Proficiency in using various online collaboration and video conferencing tools.
• A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to supporting families in a remote setting.
