Senior BIM Coordinator (Remote)

About the Role

Our client is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior BIM Coordinator to join their fully remote project delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across various construction projects. You will ensure the creation and maintenance of accurate, coordinated 3D models, facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration, and drive efficiency through advanced BIM technologies. This position offers the unique advantage of working entirely remotely, connecting with project teams across different locations and contributing to the successful digital execution of construction projects. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM execution plans for projects, setting standards and protocols.
• Coordinate and manage BIM models from multiple disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP), identifying and resolving clashes.
• Conduct regular model audits and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Generate detailed reports, visualizations, and documentation from BIM models.
• Provide training and support to project teams on BIM software and best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and contractors to optimize design and construction processes using BIM.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in BIM coordination and management.
• Expert proficiency with BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project lifecycles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in remote teams.
