Our client, a respected Management Consultancy, is seeking a motivated Management Consultant specializing in Operations & Supply Chain to join their team in Vereeniging. This role focuses on helping clients optimize their operational performance, supply chain management, and logistics networks. You will work closely with clients to identify inefficiencies, design innovative solutions, and implement improvements that drive cost savings and enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current operational processes, supply chains, and logistics networks to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies for supply chain optimization, inventory management, and procurement efficiency.
• Design and execute projects focused on operational excellence, lean manufacturing, and process automation.
• Collaborate with clients to develop robust demand forecasting and capacity planning models.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful delivery.
• Assess and recommend technology solutions to enhance operational and supply chain capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, supply chain management, or consulting in these areas.
• Proven experience with supply chain modeling, process optimization techniques (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, able to engage effectively with operational teams and management.
• Familiarity with supply chain planning and execution software is advantageous.
