Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of catering events from inception to completion.
• Supervise and train catering staff, ensuring they adhere to service standards and company policies.
• Manage on-site logistics, including setup, service flow, and breakdown of events.
• Ensure all food and beverage services meet quality and presentation standards.
• Act as a liaison between clients and the catering team to address needs and resolve issues during events.
• Contribute to inventory management and stock control for catering supplies.

Requirements
