This role involves leading a team of financial planners while also managing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive financial strategies, including investment planning, retirement planning, and estate planning, tailored to individual client needs. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of financial planners, providing guidance, support, and performance management.
- Develop and implement holistic financial plans for high-net-worth individuals and families, covering investments, retirement, insurance, and estate planning.
- Conduct thorough client needs analysis and risk assessments to ensure personalized and effective financial advice.
- Manage and grow a personal book of clients, fostering long-term relationships built on trust and exceptional service.
- Stay current with market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes to provide expert advice.
- Collaborate with other specialists, such as tax advisors and estate attorneys, to deliver integrated wealth management solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Relevant professional designations such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) are essential.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial planning, with a proven track record of managing client portfolios and advising high-net-worth individuals.
- Experience in leadership or team management is required.
- Strong knowledge of investment strategies, retirement planning, tax laws, and estate planning principles.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client relationship management skills.
