About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for industrial supplies, focusing on cost reduction and supplier performance.
• Lead negotiations with key suppliers to secure favorable pricing, terms, and service level agreements.
• Analyze market dynamics and supplier capabilities to mitigate risks and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for specialized industrial equipment and consumables.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure procurement activities support operational demands.
• Oversee and mentor junior buyers within the procurement team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Senior Buyer or equivalent procurement role, preferably within an industrial setting.
• Demonstrated success in negotiating complex contracts and managing supplier relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of industrial supply chains and procurement best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
