Key Responsibilities

• Perform a comprehensive range of facial and body treatments, including advanced techniques such as microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and lymphatic drainage.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skin types, conditions, and individual needs, developing personalized treatment plans.
• Educate clients on proper skincare routines and recommend appropriate home care products to complement treatments.
• Maintain impeccable hygiene and sanitation standards in treatment rooms and on all equipment, adhering strictly to health and safety regulations.
• Stay current with the latest trends, technologies, and product knowledge in the esthetics industry, consistently seeking professional development opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and fostering client loyalty through exceptional service and results.

Requirements

• A valid esthetics license and relevant certifications.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an Esthetician, with at least 2 years in a senior or master capacity.
• Demonstrated expertise in performing advanced skincare treatments and a deep understanding of dermatological principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to consult and advise clients effectively.
• Proficiency in using various skincare equipment and technologies.
