Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of recruitment consultants to achieve and exceed targets.
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-calibre candidates and serve diverse client needs.
• Oversee client relationship management, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for business growth.
• Drive business development initiatives to expand the company's reach and client portfolio in the George area.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development for the recruitment team.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant recruitment regulations and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (7+ years) in recruitment consultancy, with a proven history of exceeding targets.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.
• Strong business acumen and a successful track record in client relationship management and business development.
• In-depth knowledge of the recruitment market, sourcing strategies, and talent acquisition best practices.
