About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization, design, and development of intricate mechanical systems and components using advanced 3D CAD tools.
• Conduct rigorous engineering analysis , including stress, thermal, and vibration simulations, to ensure design performance and robustness.
• Generate comprehensive engineering documentation, including detailed drawings, specifications, and assembly instructions for distributed teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers through virtual communication channels and collaborative platforms.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (software, electrical, manufacturing) in a remote setting to achieve project goals.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and methodologies to drive innovation in mechanical design.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in mechanical design engineering, with a strong portfolio of complex projects.
• Expertise in CAD/CAE software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, ANSYS) and a deep understanding of simulation techniques.
• Proven ability to manage projects independently and lead teams in a remote work environment .
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, essential for virtual teamwork.
• Demonstrated experience in DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and DFA (Design for Assembly) principles.
