This role involves assisting the Farm Manager and other senior staff with a variety of tasks essential for efficient farm operations. You will be involved in crop maintenance, equipment operation, and general farm upkeep. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with planting, weeding, fertilizing, and harvesting crops under supervision.
• Operate and perform basic maintenance on farm machinery and equipment.
• Help with the feeding and care of any livestock on the farm.
• Carry out general farm maintenance, including cleaning, repairs, and site upkeep.
• Follow instructions carefully and adhere to all safety procedures.
