About the Role

Our client seeks a dynamic and organized Delivery Fleet Manager to oversee their transportation operations in Rustenburg . This role involves managing a diverse fleet of delivery vehicles, optimizing routes, ensuring driver compliance, and maintaining vehicle upkeep to maximize efficiency and minimize operational costs. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of drivers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and servicing of all fleet vehicles to ensure optimal condition.
• Monitor driver performance and adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and traffic laws.
• Manage fuel consumption and inventory of vehicle parts and supplies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in fleet management or a similar supervisory role in logistics.
