About the Role

Our client is looking for an inspiring and knowledgeable Science Teacher to join their high school in Vereeniging , focusing on learners in Grades 10-12. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons in subjects such as Physical Sciences or Life Sciences, preparing students for matriculation exams and future STEM studies. Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality science curriculum for Grades 10-12, emphasizing conceptual understanding and practical application.
• Develop and conduct engaging experiments and laboratory sessions safely and effectively.

Requirements

• A Bachelor of Science degree and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or equivalent.
• Qualified as a specialist in Physical Science, Life Science, or General Science.
• Minimum of 4 years of teaching experience at the high school level.
• Strong understanding of the national curriculum for Grades 10-12 Science.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire students.
