Supply Chain Coordinator

SIAAC Group is looking for an organised and analytical Supply Chain Coordinator to support end-to-end order management, demand forecasting, supplier performance and inventory availability across the Group.The role works across Sales, Finance, Logistics, Warehousing and Operations to ensure supplier commitments are managed, stock risks are identified early and customer demand is translated into effective supply planning.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate purchase orders from placement through to final delivery
• Maintain accurate open-order tracking, supplier confirmations and delivery timelines
• Consolidate sales and project forecasts into group demand plans
• Monitor stock availability, open orders, committed sales and projected requirements
• Identify potential shortages, excess stock and supply risks
• Monitor supplier lead times, delivery performance and service levels
• Maintain supplier records and support supplier performance reviews
• Coordinate stock allocation and inter-branch balancing across SIAAC operations
• Work with Finance on payment milestones, credit availability and supplier requirements
• Provide accurate order, forecast, inventory and supply-risk reporting
• Escalate supplier delays, shortages and commercial risks before they impact operations
