Catering Team Supervisor

Our client is looking for a dedicated and proactive Catering Team Supervisor to join their team in Pretoria , working a hybrid schedule. This role involves leading a team of catering staff, ensuring the smooth execution of events, and maintaining high standards of service and food quality. You will play a crucial part in client satisfaction by overseeing on-site operations, managing staff deployment, and addressing immediate needs during events. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide catering staff during event setup, service, and breakdown.
• Ensure all catering services are delivered efficiently and meet client expectations for quality and presentation.
• Conduct pre-event briefings with the team, assigning roles and responsibilities.
• Manage inventory and ensure proper handling and storage of food and beverages.
• Address and resolve any on-site issues or client concerns promptly and professionally.
• Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards throughout all catering operations.

Requirements
