About the Role

Our client in Klerksdorp is looking for a strategic and results-driven Human Resources Business Partner to collaborate closely with business leaders. This role is crucial for aligning HR initiatives with departmental objectives and driving organizational effectiveness within the North West region. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on all HR matters, including talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, and change management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business operations and a passion for supporting employee growth and fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business unit leaders to understand their needs and provide tailored HR solutions.
• Support talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies for assigned business units.
• Advise on performance management, compensation, and succession planning.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive organizational culture.
• Provide guidance and support on complex employee relations issues.
• Facilitate organizational design and change management processes.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in HR, with a significant portion as an HR Business Partner.
• Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of various industry sectors.
• Excellent consulting, coaching, and influencing skills.
• Knowledge of South African labor laws and HR best practices.
