You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers during flights, providing exceptional service, and responding to passenger needs and emergencies. Key Responsibilities

• Welcome passengers and assist them with boarding, seating, and luggage.
• Conduct pre-flight safety checks and ensure all safety equipment is properly stowed and functional.
• Deliver safety demonstrations and brief passengers on emergency procedures.
• Serve food and beverages, responding to passenger requests with professionalism and courtesy.
• Attend to passenger needs during the flight, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Respond calmly and effectively to any in-flight emergencies or medical situations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to perform duties requiring standing, walking, and occasional lifting.
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for customer service and travel.
