About the Role

Our client is looking for dedicated and customer-focused Event Catering Staff to join their team for various functions in Soweto. You will assist with setup, service, and breakdown, ensuring a positive experience for all attendees. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and breakdown of catering equipment, food stations, and dining areas.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously to guests during events.
• Ensure all service areas are kept clean, tidy, and well-stocked throughout the event.
• Clear tables and remove used dishes and glassware promptly.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a professional and helpful manner.
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards during service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
