About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior Flight Operations Analyst to join their remote operations center. This position is crucial for optimizing flight scheduling, performance, and efficiency across their diverse fleet. You will leverage advanced data analytics and operational knowledge to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making, enhance safety, and improve overall operational performance. Working remotely, you will collaborate closely with flight dispatch, scheduling, and technical teams to ensure seamless and cost-effective flight operations. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze flight data, performance metrics, and operational trends to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost reduction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in flight operations analysis, airline operations planning, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Python, SQL) and flight planning systems.
• Deep understanding of airline operational procedures, air traffic control principles, and aviation regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
