Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D models from architectural plans and drawings.
• Develop photorealistic renderings and 3D animations of buildings and interiors.

• Collaborate with architects and designers to interpret design intent and project requirements.
• Manage project timelines and deliver visualizations within specified deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Architectural Visualizer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit) and rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion).
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, lighting, and composition.
• Experience with image editing software such as Adobe Photoshop.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to translate technical drawings into compelling visuals.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
