About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Wash and properly store all kitchen equipment, dishes, cutlery, and cookware.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including floors, surfaces, and waste areas.
• Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling vegetables and portioning ingredients.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling according to established procedures.
• Ensure all cleaning chemicals and supplies are used correctly and stored safely.
• Support the kitchen team by performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter or in a similar cleaning role is beneficial but not required.
