As an assembly line operator, you will play a key role in the efficient production of high-quality goods. This role requires individuals who are diligent, focused, and possess the dexterity to perform repetitive tasks with precision. You will work as part of a dedicated team, contributing to the overall output and success of the production floor. The hybrid nature of this role allows for some remote coordination on specific tasks while maintaining essential on-site presence for hands-on operations, blending flexibility with operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assembly operations accurately and efficiently according to product specifications and work instructions.
• Operate and maintain various production machinery and equipment safely.
• Conduct quality checks on products during the assembly process to identify defects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and hygiene standards .
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and meet production targets.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues promptly to the relevant personnel.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Production Operator or in a similar manufacturing role is advantageous.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with speed and accuracy.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Understanding of basic workplace safety procedures.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
