Operations Manager - Coastal Region

About the Role

Our client is seeking an accomplished Operations Manager to lead and enhance operations for their facilities in the beautiful coastal region of Mossel Bay. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage all facets of daily operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and superior service delivery. You will be responsible for optimizing processes, managing staff, and implementing initiatives that support the company's growth objectives in the Western Cape. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct all operational activities within the Mossel Bay area, ensuring alignment with company strategy.

• Lead and motivate the operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in operations management.

• Ability to adapt operational strategies to changing market conditions.
• Experience with remote team management and collaboration tools is a plus.
