Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex IT and digital transformation projects .
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.

• Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management , with a strong focus on IT and digital transformation.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects, such as system implementations, cloud migrations, or ERP rollouts.
• In-depth understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
• Experience in managing stakeholder expectations and driving consensus across diverse groups.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Relevant IT or Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, Agile certifications) are a plus.
