Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally via phone, email, and live chat.
• Provide information about products and services, guiding customers through their purchasing decisions.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed customer records and update account information in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary.
• Gather customer feedback to help improve products, services, and customer experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, empathetic demeanor.
