Our client is looking for a sophisticated and knowledgeable Senior Beauty Advisor & Skincare Specialist to join their luxury retail environment in Stellenbosch. This role demands exceptional expertise in beauty products, skincare science, and personalized client consultations. You will be responsible for providing expert advice, curating personalized beauty routines, and driving sales through outstanding customer service. This position offers a hybrid approach, combining on-site client engagement with potential remote responsibilities such as inventory management analysis and digital client outreach, ideal for a seasoned beauty professional who can lead by example and enhance the brand's prestige.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultations on skincare, makeup, and fragrance, tailoring recommendations to individual client needs.
• Demonstrate product application and techniques with confidence and skill.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a high-value client base.
• Assist in managing store inventory, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment.
• Train and mentor junior beauty advisors on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Stay current with beauty industry trends, new product launches and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury beauty retail or as a skincare specialist.
• In-depth knowledge of skincare ingredients, cosmetic formulations, and makeup artistry.
• Exceptional sales and customer service skills.
• Experience in inventory management and visual merchandising is advantageous.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
