Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current supply chain processes, including inventory management, logistics, and network design, to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement optimized supply chain strategies, utilizing advanced modeling and simulation techniques.
• Collaborate virtually with cross-functional teams, including logistics providers, procurement, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless integration of supply chain improvements.
• Design and implement systems to monitor supply chain performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, lead time improvement, and enhanced service levels within the supply chain.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in supply chain analysis, optimization, and logistics management.
• Strong proficiency in supply chain modeling and simulation software, as well as advanced data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with remote teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and drive results in a remote setting.
• Experience with inventory optimization and network design strategies.
