Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations of the George real estate office, including sales and administrative functions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker or in a senior management role within real estate.
• Hold a valid and current Real Estate Broker license.
• Demonstrated success in sales, business development, and team leadership.
• Extensive knowledge of the Western Cape property market, particularly in George .
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
