About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Brand Manager to lead brand development and marketing initiatives within the Arts & Entertainment sector in Sandton . You will be responsible for shaping and strengthening brand identity, executing integrated marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints. This role requires a creative visionary with a strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and brand storytelling to drive brand equity and audience engagement. You will play a pivotal role in defining the narrative and perception of our client's offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies, including positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
- Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, PR, and traditional channels.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify opportunities and inform brand strategies.
- Manage brand budget, track campaign performance, and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, sales) and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and maximize impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the Arts & Entertainment industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
