About the Role

Our client, a prominent recruitment consultancy, is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Recruitment Consultant to spearhead recruitment efforts from their George office. This role requires a seasoned professional who can lead by example, mentor junior consultants, and drive business development within the Western Cape region. You will be responsible for cultivating high-value client relationships, identifying niche talent pools, and ensuring the delivery of superior recruitment outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for mid to senior-level placements across various sectors.


• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand the client base in the George area and beyond.


• Mentor and guide junior recruitment consultants, fostering a high-performance culture.


• Conduct executive search assignments and manage complex recruitment projects.


• Analyze market intelligence to advise clients on talent strategies and compensation benchmarks.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant , with a strong track record in senior placements.


• Demonstrated success in business development and account management.


• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills.


• Proficiency in utilizing advanced sourcing techniques and recruitment technologies.


• Strong understanding of employment law and ethical recruitment practices.
