About the Role

Our client is looking for a dedicated and efficient Resort Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the housekeeping operations at their property in Mahikeng . This role is essential for maintaining the cleanliness, tidiness, and overall appeal of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a comfortable and satisfactory stay for all guests. You will lead a team of housekeeping staff, manage inventory, and uphold the high standards of cleanliness expected in a resort environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the daily activities of the housekeeping team, including room cleaning, laundry, and public area maintenance.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure adherence to established cleanliness and quality standards.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities, placing orders as needed.
• Train new housekeeping staff on proper cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and guest service standards.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all housekeeping operations within Mahikeng .

Requirements
