Key Responsibilities

• Source and secure new commercial property listings, including offices, retail, and industrial spaces.
• Identify and engage potential buyers and tenants, understanding their specific property needs.
• Conduct market research and provide expert advice on leasing rates, sales values, and investment potential.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of lease and sale agreements to achieve favourable outcomes for clients.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate sales or leasing.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
• In-depth knowledge of the Rustenburg commercial property market.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the North West province.
