Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior legal advisors in drafting, reviewing, and amending various commercial contracts.


• Conduct legal research on contract-related issues and provide summaries.


• Maintain a contract management database, ensuring all agreements are properly recorded and tracked.


• Support the negotiation process by preparing documentation and providing administrative assistance.


• Review incoming legal correspondence and route it to the appropriate personnel.


• Help ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to in contract execution.

Requirements

• Law degree (LLB) or equivalent qualification.


• Admitted as an Attorney or Advocate.


• 0-3 years of experience in a legal role, with a demonstrated interest in contract law.


• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.


• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.


• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a hybrid setting.
